This role is responsible for providing high-volume HR support and administration services to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with HR policies and processes.\nRequired Tasks\nProvide first-line support for employee HR queries, including:\nPayroll, payslips and IRP5 queries\nLeave and ESS support\nMedical aid and retirement fund administration\nOnboarding and offboarding documentation\nEmployee data changes and HR administration\nManage and maintain the HR call logging system, ensuring all requests are tracked and resolved within agreed service levels.\nExecute HR and payroll-related transactional activities accurately and timeously.\nSupport employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions and compensation changes.\nEnsure accurate employee records and documentation management.\nAssist with audits and compliance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to HR projects.\nBuild strong relationships with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll and HR Centres of Excellence.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.\nProfessional HR membership will be advantageous.\nExperience:\n2-3 years' Human Resources experience.\n2-3 years' customer-facing experience.\n2-3 years' experience working with HR Information Systems.\nSkills & Knowledge:\nStrong administration and organisational skills.\nGood understanding of HR principles and labour legislation.\nPayroll knowledge and numerical aptitude.\nExperience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive
