Introduction Business Unit: Netstar Location: Gauteng Appointment Type: Permanent The Logistics Inventory Clerk is a vital team player who will be responsible for performing administrative functions pertaining to Logistics Execution. Required Tasks Picking and transacting of stock on ERP System (AX) Provide clients with accurate Invoices & Picking list relevant to the client’s order requirements Ensure that all documentation is given with stock for Security to verify Liaising with the Manager/Stock Controller regarding stock related issues. Supporting Customer Services team with all stock related queries. Ensure that constant communication is maintained with internal and external customers. Daily filing of all documentation for audit purposes. Taking telephone calls when required. Recording of daily output Stats Adherence to all Stores SOP’s, ISO & Health and Safety requirements Requirements National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management (Advantageous) Computer Literacy Microsoft D365 Warehouse functions 3 Year experience in Logistics (Order Process Management)
