Additional responsibilities may apply in accordance with the full approved job specification.\nRequired Tasks\nManaging of subscribers’ profile on client platform \nEnsuring quality billing on client platform \nDiagnose?and resolve?problems,?escalating and communicating?issues?where appropriate? \nManage subscriber VAS activations & deactivations \nInvestigation of incidents and data analysis \nManage incidents and escalate to development and other support teams \nIdentify and recommend continual improvement measures \nWillingness to work weekend shifts \nHybrid -
