The challenge is doing it well with speed, control, and scale which requires infrastructure that most of them simply don’t have.\nAltScore is the B2B credit infrastructure platform that enables large enterprises to run their entire customer financing cycle: from risk assessment to collections, including origination and financial operations. We integrate data, credit decisions, and management tools into a single platform so that credit stops being a back-office process and becomes part of your commercial proposition.\nWe operate across all of LATAM and work with iconic companies in the market, providing them with key infrastructure to drive their growth through credit.\n\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Delivery Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO to lead client integrations of AltScore's platform.\nWhat you will do\nLead client integrations from kickoff to handoff, allways on time, on scope.\n\nDesign scalable integration solutions that fit each client's systems.\n\nKeep clients and internal stakeholders proactively informed throughout the project.\n\nIdentify and escalate risks early, always with a proposed solution.\n\nTurn project learnings into reusable playbooks and documentation.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you will need\n2+ years of engineering experience (or equivalent expertise, e.g. ~5,000 hours of deliberate practice)\n\nHands-on expertise with Python and relevant libraries.\n\nExperience working with first-party and second-party data, integrating information from APIs, web scraping, and partner data systems.\n\nStrong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for storing and processing scraped data.\n\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish.\n\nAbility to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat we offer\nWe’re building something real and we want you to be part of it. Here’s what you get:\nTop-of-market salary in USD.\n\nPerformance Bonus: Based on achievement of agreed KPIs.\n\nRemote-First: Work from wherever you’re most productive. We’re a fully remote company operating in the Americas timezone.\n\nUnlimited PTO: We encourage taking at least 3-4 weeks off per year to maintain a healthy work-life balance.\n\nMedical Insurance: Starting from month 3, you'll be covered by AltScore's private health insurance.\n\nESOP: Every employee gets stock options from day one. Standard 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff. We believe everyone should feel like a true partner in our mission.\n\nGrowth Budget: A dedicated budget for you to invest in courses, conferences, books, or anything that helps you grow professionally.\n\nReferral Bonus: USD 150 for every person you refer who joins and completes 3 months at AltScore.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2960,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Health insurance","Stock options","Unlimited PTO"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Ecuador","iso":"EC","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-06T03:20:58Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":6,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.214,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":93,"expected_fill_days":22,"reasons":["conf:1","win:tail","crowd:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-10T05:45:15Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":48000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/altscore-delivery-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/altscore-delivery-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-11T02:16:42Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3595,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1405,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-12T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3872964},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3872964"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Faltscore-delivery-engineer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Faltscore-delivery-engineer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Faltscore-delivery-engineer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/altscore-delivery-engineer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Faltscore-delivery-engineer"}]}
