Our bet is that with the right technology, a small team can deliver a better service than companies 100 times our size.\nAbout the role\nWe are hiring our first SDR. You will build Altur's sales team from zero.\nUntil now, all of GTM has run through the CEO. Demand is growing faster than one person can handle. You will open conversations with heads of collections, credit and customer experience at banks and fintechs across Latin America. You will turn those conversations into qualified meetings, and you will be in the room when they turn into pilots.\nYou will work directly with the CEO on every part of our sales strategy: who we go after, how we reach them and what we say. As the company grows, you will grow with it and help build our go-to-market team.\nThis role is remote. Ideally you are based in Mexico City, and you can work from our office in Condesa whenever you want.\nWhat you will do\nResearch and prospect decision-makers in collections, credit and customer experience at banks, fintechs and call centers across Latin America.\nRun multichannel outbound (LinkedIn, email, phone and WhatsApp), and write and test your own sequences.\nQualify early: who decides, what problem they have, how they collect today and what process they buy through.\nBook meetings and join them. Run discovery, take notes and own the next step with a date.\nKeep the CRM clean and measure what works by channel, segment and message.\nRepresent Altur at industry conferences and events.\nUse AI tools to automate your own research and outreach, and help build the sales playbook we will use as we grow the team.\nYou'll be a good fit if\nYou speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese, and you have strong professional English.\nYou are obsessed with AI tools and excited to change an industry that has not changed in decades.\nYou are relentless. A \"no\" or a lack of reply is just one more data point.\nYou write short, clear messages that people want to answer.\nYou care about results, not activity.
