decision-making.\n\nEnsure the accounting team maintains accurate and organized financial records.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n8–12 years of accounting experience, including experience in a senior or supervisory position.\n\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.\n\nExperience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProfessional accounting certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is an
