Using a combination of manufacturing data, feedback from technicians, and product performance data, you will find processes that can be re-engineered to improve our motors.\nYou will develop solutions, which may include improving a manufacturing method, redesigning tooling, updating a work instruction, or refining an inspection method. You will then design and conduct production trials to evaluate the impact on yield, labor time, process capability, quality, and product performance.\nOnce an improvement has been validated, you will document the process and work closely with the manufacturing team to implement it on the shop floor.
