The successful candidate will support infrastructure security, ensure system reliability and compliance, and contribute to infrastructure architecture planning and technology improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and oversee servers, storage, virtualization and cloud-hosted environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.\nManage and optimise LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls and network security solutions to ensure reliable connectivity and data protection.\n\nSupport the implementation and management of cloud platforms, such as AWS and Microsoft 365, and integrate them with existing on-premises systems.\n\nManage endpoint security, system updates and configuration policies for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.\n\nEnsure infrastructure systems comply with established security policies and standards, working closely with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability assessments and incident response.\n\n Implement, maintain and test backup, failover and disaster recovery procedures to support business continuity.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure architecture roadmaps, standards and best practices across on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments.\n\nCoordinate with external vendors and service providers on infrastructure maintenance, technical support and service-level requirements.\n\nMonitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability and efficiency.\n\nLead or support infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, network refreshes and security enhancements.\n\nMaintain accurate infrastructure documentation, system configurations and operational procedures in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.\n\nProvide Tier 3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents and guide end-user support personnel towards timely resolution.\n\nParticipate in organisational initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions and other duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.\n\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management within public or private sector organisations.\n\nExperience working with international organisations or government agencies would be an advantage.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of network architecture, cloud services, virtualisation, infrastructure security and disaster recovery planning.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, AWS, endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR), firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL service management practices and IT infrastructure security frameworks.\n\nAwareness of emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure management, cybersecurity and cloud computing.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.\n\nInterested candidates please apply online or send your latest CV to \nAlwaysHired Pte Ltd\nReg No: R1549345\nEA: 24C2293\nWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
