service.\n\n Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints.\n\n Monitor customer profitability, payments, and outstanding balances.\n\n Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures\n\nRequirements\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n 6–10 years of experience in Sales, preferably within FMCG or the Food Industry.\n\n Previous experience in Horeca sales is required.\n\n Experience in the Meat Sector or food products is highly preferred.\n\n Proven experience in managing key accounts and developing new business.\n\n Previous experience managing or leading a sales team.\n\n Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\n Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.\n\n Strong customer focus and commercial
