field.\n\n4–6 years of experience in HR, with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.\n\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and Egyptian labor law.\n\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\nAbility to work effectively with employees and managers at different organizational levels.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong leadership and team management
