are looking for a Project & Facility Engineer to join our Projects & Maintenance Department and ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and development of our factory’s facility and utility systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, water systems, pumps, compressed air systems, boilers, fire systems, and facility infrastructure.\n\nMonitor and maintain electrical systems, including LV panels, MDBs, MCCs, distribution systems, generators, and factory electrical equipment.\n\nEnsure the continuous, safe, and reliable operation of all facility and utility systems across the factory.\n\nSupport CAPEX projects, including installation, design, commissioning, upgrades, modifications, and factory expansions.\n\nCoordinate and manage contractors while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and performance requirements.\n\nLead and supervise technicians, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\n\nPrepare, implement, and follow preventive maintenance schedules.\n\nMaintain proper documentation and records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.\n\nIdentify facility and utility issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize downtime.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in facility, utilities, maintenance, and/or project engineering.\n\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.\n\nAutoCAD knowledge is mandatory, with the ability to read, review, and modify engineering drawings and layouts.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nA hands-on and technically capable engineer
