and performance updates to senior management.\n\nCoach and guide junior Brand Management team members and support their professional development.\n\nRequirements\n4–6 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing.\n\nMust have previous experience in the Snacks / Savory Snacks industry.\n\nStrong experience in FMCG Brand Management.\n\nProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.\n\nStrong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and category dynamics.\n\nExcellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant
