Communication takes place via email, phone, and external platforms.\nMitigate possible losses by controlling the costs incurred to protect our security in the property, the cost of the legal action and negotiating the sale price of properties that have been through the legal action.\nComplete regular loss provisioning on each mortgage file in excel, outlining costs incurred and anticipated sale value as well as hypothetical losses based on possible title issues or extensive wear and tear to the property.\nNegotiating the final sale price of a property, which may determine the loss or profit Bridgewater Bank may incur\nReport accurate and complete financial and operational data to internal parties within established timeframes.\nOversee the legal action from beginning to end, commencing the action with the law firm, reviewing, and negotiating payment arrangements, correcting title defects, and completing the sale or transfer to the mortgage insurer.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nYou have at least 3 years of foreclosure or power of sale experience.\nYou have a demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems, working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.\nYou may also have knowledge of the Wealthview Banking and Collectlink Platform (not a requirement).\nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nYou have an excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple files.\nBelonging Matters Here\nBridgewater Bank is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and accessible environment.
