You love to laugh and have the ability to take a heavy workload in stride.\n\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nReport to the Supervisor, Community Engagement.\n\nProvide administrative support including Equipment and Inventory Management.\n\nCoordinate AMA events and liaise with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate and deliver effective AMA school safety programs to ensure ongoing operation excellence.\n\nRepresent AMA as a brand ambassador with all of AMA’s community partners.\n\nPromote key AMA advocacy messaging while helping to enhance AMA’s brand in the community.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nYou have a high school diploma or post-secondary diploma in related fields. A Degree in communications, marketing, early childhood development or community development is an asset.\n\nYou have one to two years of experience in applicable fields, such as public relations, program coordination, event management, sponsorship and print production is an asset.\n\nYour demonstrated communications or marketing skills would be considered an asset.\n\nYou hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract and access to a personal vehicle.\n\nYou can produce a bondable, vulnerable sector reference check (police check).\n\nYou have some first aid training or willing to take first aid training.\n\nBelonging Matters Here\nAMA is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and accessible environment.
