review variance analysis and provide insights into financial results.\nSupport the preparation of period-end reporting, ad-hoc reports, and liaise with internal and external auditors.\nOversee financial controls and adherence to accounting standards, developing and refining accounting controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure staff are trained to identify and prevent fraud.\nMonitor financial performance including revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow; contribute financial insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.\nProvide financial leadership and support to multiple business units, helping operational leaders understand their financial performance, manage risks, and make informed business decisions.\nSupport accounting operations including cash and banking activities, retail and inventory processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;
