Prioritizing, planning, and organizing is part of your DNA.\nYou strongly believe there’s no such thing as an insignificant detail - you keep at it until every ‘i’ is dotted and every ‘t’ is crossed.\nYou have the natural ability to reduce a complex concept or task into something that is manageable and can be clearly understood and communicated.\nYou have an inquisitive mind and love coming up with new ways to tackle a challenge, digging deeper to find the perfect solution.\nYou never sweat deadlines - you’ve got mad time management skills, so you always deliver on time.\nYou’re a self-starter who enjoys working independently but also loves being part of a fast-paced team.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nReport to the Director, Underwriting and Product, Insurance Services.\nDevelop relationships with insurance business partners to understand their operation and provide recommendations to solve strategic and operational needs.\nPlan and prioritize stories within a sprint plan.\nParticipate in daily triage/scrum meetings to resolve issues, address changes and report on progress.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure the sprint results in a working product that can be shared with leadership and key stakeholders.\nBreak down features into user stories to help deliver high-priority business value.\nProvide and analyze data to make informed decisions and mitigate risks.\nEvaluate problems and opportunities from both a business and customer perspective to determine the best approach.\nGather requirements to support solutions by conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process description, document analysis, use cases, tasks and workflow analysis.\nAssists team members with understanding system functionality, resolving straight forward system maintenance or production issues.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nYou have post-secondary education/certification or actively pursuing it in an applicable functional or business designation.\nYou have at least three years of insurance industry/functional experience.\nYou understand agile project delivery methodologies.
