You know what needs to be done and you do it.\n\nYou're a flexible and responsive team player who works well on your own but is just as happy collaborating in a team environment.\n\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nReport to the Team Lead, Underwriting.\n\nProvide support to the Mortgage Underwriters to ensure all follow-up on files are completed and all conditions met prior to closing.\n\nFollow up on commitments and request specific documents.\n\nVerify accuracy of specifications on mortgage documents.\n\nEnsure all conditions of mortgage approval are met.\n\nRoute risk-involved matters to Underwriter for evaluation.\n\nAnalyze land titles, purchase contracts, and appraisal reports for inconsistencies.\n\nConfirm all closing details including dates, client information, and payment frequency.\n\nCollaborate with both internal and external customers of Bridgewater Bank and AMA to achieve departmental and organizational goals.\n\nResponsible for completing Quality Assurance audits on assigned files.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nYou have a high school diploma.\n\nYou have one to two years' lending institution experience.\n\nYou know your way around computers and have a demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems.\n\nBelonging Matters Here\nBridgewater Bank is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and accessible environment.
