This role sits within a digital transformation environment and will focus on enabling effective delivery across Agile teams. \nThe successful candidate will be a confident delivery professional who can embed quickly into an established team, bring structure and momentum to delivery, and operate effectively in an evolving environment where detail continues to emerge. \nRequired skills & qualifications:\n3+ years' experience in a Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, Project Management or similar roles \nStrong experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban) \nProven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments \nStrong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills \nStructured, pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach to delivery \nExperience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence \nKey responsibilities & duties include:\nDelivery Leadership\nLead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to agreed quality standards \nEmbed within delivery teams to support effective planning, execution and transparency \nDefine delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders \nTrack progress and provide clear, regular updates on delivery status \nAgile Delivery \nChampion Agile ways of working across delivery teams \nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives \nSupport teams in applying Agile principles in a pragmatic, outcome-focused way \nContinuous Improvement \nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes and ways of working \nUse delivery metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement \nSupport teams through change as part of a wider transformation \nStakeholder Management: \nBuild strong relationships with delivery stakeholders \nManage expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication \nActs as a key point of contact for delivery-related queries \nRisk & Dependency Management \nProactively identify and manage delivery risks and dependencies \nDefine and implement mitigation strategies \nEscalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution \nDesirable experience: \nDegree in Business, Project Management or related field \nProject Management and/or Agile certifications \nWhat’s in it for you: \nAn opportunity to join a fast-growing company \nOptions for career advancement \nLearning and development opportunities \nFlexible working environment\nCompetitive salaries based on experience \nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nAmach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
