The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership across strategic airline transformation initiatives, shaping and governing solutions that enable modern offer, order, servicing and fulfilment capabilities. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture teams to design scalable, resilient and secure solutions that align with business objectives and architectural standards. The architect will be expected to lead complex supplier engagements and provide technical leadership across multiple product teams.\nPlease note: this role operates on a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in our customer's West London office.\nKey responsibilities & duties include:\nLead the end-to-end solution architecture for initiatives involving Amadeus Nevio and related airline retailing capabilities\nDefine target architectures supporting Offer, Order, Delivery and Servicing domains\nProvide architectural leadership for the transition from legacy PSS and customer servicing solutions to modern retailing platforms\nDesign integration patterns between Nevio, Amadeus platforms, customer channels, loyalty systems, payment services and operational systems\nEnsure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements including scalability, resilience, performance, availability and security\nDrive architectural governance and assure supplier-delivered designs\nProduce and maintain architecture artefacts including:Solution architectures\nIntegration designs\nArchitecture decision records\nRoadmaps\nTechnology standards\n\nSupport business case development and technical investment decisions\nCollaborate with engineering teams throughout delivery to ensure architectural alignment\nIdentify and manage architectural risks, dependencies and technical debt\nContribute to architecture standards and reusable patterns across the organisation\nRequired Experience:\nProven experience delivering solution architecture on Amadeus Nevio programmes.
