Analyze customer systems and service requirements.\nDesign BPMN, Use cases and Scenarios and validate them with development team\nProduce the Business Solution Architecture/High-Level Design, identifying the gap for Amadeus products and for a bespoke solution\nPrepare and lead the playbacks with the client.\nSupport developers for the technical specification and initial tests of features\nConfiguration of software components: workflows and business rules and Configuration of monitor software applications (like Inspector app)\nWorks using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
