We’ve created a collaborative work environment that supports innovative ways of working and promotes a healthy work-life balance.\nWhat about your future mission?\nAbout the team\nThe France Communications, Employer Brand & Community Impact team supports communication activities for Amadeus in France.\nOur role is to inform and engage employees, promote key company and People & Culture initiatives, contribute to Amadeus' employer brand and coordinate Community Impact activities.\nWe use a broad range of communication channels and formats, including intranet pages, newsletters, internal social networks, digital signage, presentations, videos and events.\nRole overview\nWe are looking for a communication intern to join our team. You’ll contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of marketing initiatives. You’ll help explore customer insights, review campaign performance, and collaborate on strategies that support our brand and contribute to growth.\nYou will support the team in the planning, creation and delivery of internal and external communication activities.\nThis is a generalist communication role offering hands-on experience across content creation, visual communication, digital channels, events and project coordination.\nYou will contribute to turning communication needs into clear, engaging and visually polished deliverables, while developing an understanding of communication within a large international organization.\nKey responsibilities\nContribute to the planning and coordination of communication projects and initiatives \nHelp create and review content for internal and external channels \nCollaborate across teams on communication activities \nSupport process improvements and day-to-day communication tasks \nParticipate in team meetings, workshops, and idea-sharing sessions\nCommon accountabilities\nPerforms communication activities within defined objectives and guidelines, with support from experienced team members.\nTakes ownership of assigned tasks and delivers them within agreed timelines and quality standards.\nCollects, structures and verifies information before turning it into communication content or materials.\nIdentifies straightforward communication needs or issues and proposes appropriate solutions.\nCollaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to collect input and coordinate activities.\nDemonstrates curiosity and initiative, and quickly adapts to new topics, tools and communication formats.\nPay close attention to accuracy, consistency, visual quality and the overall user experience of communication deliverables.\nSpecific accountabilities\nCreate and design communication materials for different internal and external channels, including presentations, intranet content, newsletters, banners, posters, infographics, templates and digital signage.\nDraft, review and adapt communication content in English and French according to the audience, channel and communication objective.\nCreate clear, professional and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, with strong attention to content hierarchy, storytelling and visual consistency.\nCreate and update user-friendly intranet pages and digital content, paying attention to navigation, readability, layout and overall user experience.\nContribute to the management of internal communication channels, including intranet communities, internal social networks and digital signage.\nSupport the preparation and execution of internal events and Community Impact activities, including communication plans, content and communication materials, event logistics and post-event activities.\nCollect and organize information for newsletters, communication calendars, planning and communication reporting.\nContribute to research and benchmarks on communication practices, content formats, digital communication and employer branding.\nWork with internal stakeholders to collect information, coordinate contributions and ensure timely delivery of communication activities.\nAbout the ideal candidate\nCurrently completing the final year of a Master's degree (Master 2), ideally in Communication, Media, Digital Communication, Marketing or a related field.\nLooking for a six-month full-time internship.\nA first meaningful experience in communication, content creation, digital communication or events would be appreciated.\nVery good written and spoken English; good command of French.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong command of Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, professional and visually appealing presentations.\nGood working knowledge of Canva.\nKnowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator is a plus.\nExperience with SharePoint, web publishing, video or image-editing tools would also be an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nGood sense of visual design, aesthetics and user experience.\nCurious, resourceful and proactive, with the ability to find solutions and learn quickly.\nVersatile and comfortable working across different communication topics, channels and formats.\nOrganized, reliable and able to manage several activities and deadlines.\nTeam player, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.\nApplication process\nYou are applying to a generic opportunity.
