the job :\n\nThe Principal Product Manager will lead priority Front Office / SECO transformation initiatives from problem definition and MVP development through launch, adoption and scale.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\nOwn the Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap :\n\n- Own the vision, strategy and outcome-driven roadmap for priority Front Office / SECO initiatives.\n\n- Develop compelling value propositions and investment cases that connect customer value with revenue and strategic impact.\n\n- Define the path from MVP to scale through target segments and phased rollouts.\n\nLead Adoption from MVP to Scale :\n\n- Own the end-to-end adoption strategy from customer validation through launch, activation, and sustained value realization.\n\n- Develop segment-specific adoption playbooks combining in-product guidance, defaults, and enablement.\n\n- Define success measures and use product analytics to assess performance and refine the user experience.\n\nDefine and Use Adoption Metrics :\n\n- Define an end-to-end adoption measurement framework covering activation, usage depth, and retention.\n\n- Combine quantitative analytics with customer research to understand adoption drivers and barriers.\n\nDrive Cross-Functional Programs :\n\n- Lead complex cross-functional programs, aligning roadmaps and product decisions.\n\n- Influence senior stakeholders and sustain momentum amid ambiguity.\n\nEngage Customers and Shape the Product :\n\n- Monitor competitors and technology trends to identify opportunities.\n\n- Build lasting customer partnerships through discovery and co-creation.\n\nStrengthen Product Excellence :\n\n- Champion outcome-based planning and disciplined discovery across the product area.\n\n- Coach product managers on adoption thinking, product analytics, and experimentation.\n\nWhat You Bring :\n\n- Significant product management experience leading complex B2B or enterprise initiatives.\n\n- Strong record of owning product strategy and roadmaps with difficult trade-offs.\n\n- Deep practical knowledge of adoption levers, segmentation, and migration approaches.\n\n- Experience in travel technology or large-scale workflow
