The balance between Scrum Master and development responsibilities may be adjusted between approximately 50/50 and 70/30, depending on your experience and development interests.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoach the team in Lean-Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban practices;\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives and daily stand-ups;\nRemove impediments, promote continuous improvement and strengthen collaboration across teams and stakeholders;\nTrack team progress, commitments, risks and key Agile execution metrics;\nContribute to wider SAFe initiatives beyond the immediate Scrum team;\nAnalyze requirements and design sustainable technical solutions;\nDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Quarkus, Angular and associated web technologies;\nWrite and review code, technical specifications, automated tests and end-to-end tests;\nSupport production delivery, maintenance and debugging across customer-facing web applications;\nMentor less-experienced colleagues and contribute to technical and quality standards.\nAbout the Ideal Candidate\nProven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment;\nStrong software development background, ideally with Java and modern web technologies;\nAble to balance team leadership with hands-on technical contributions;\nComfortable working across both legacy and modern applications;\nCollaborative and proactive, with a servant-leader mindset;\nStrong communication skills and fluency in English.
