Working closely with software, network, hardware and cloud teams, the role ensures that each customer deployment is architected to meet mission-critical, 24/7 operational requirements and fully aligns with Amadeus security, cloud, and enterprise standards.\nThis position plays a key role in pre-sales, solution design, customer workshops, infrastructure definition, and the technical leadership of deployments and change requests.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as Solution Architect for self-service airport projects, designing customer-facing, end-to-end technical and functional solutions;\nDefine secure, scalable architectures translating business and operational needs into mission-critical 24/7 environments;\nDesign and manage cloud & hybrid infrastructures (AWS, networking, security, on-prem connectivity) for airport ecosystems;\nLead security and compliance activities, including security tooling, penetration testing, and customer security assessments;\nSupport pre-sales, deployments, migrations, and upgrades, contributing to RFPs/RFIs and technical estimations;\nCollaborate with global engineering and delivery teams, automating operations and sharing best practices across projects.\nAbout the ideal candidate:\nProven experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions in regulated, complex, multi-stakeholder environments (airports, transport, banking, healthcare, telco, etc.);\nExperience as a Solution Architect, Customer Solution Architect, Network Architect professional, ideally within global and matrix organizations;\nExperience in cloud and hybrid infrastructure, secure network design, IAM, firewalls, TLS/certificates, OS/device hardening, and vulnerability management;\nHands-on experience with AWS (Azure/GCP acceptable) and cloud networking fundamentals;\nExperience architecting and delivering mission-critical 24/7 operational systems;\nDemonstrated experience with multi-site rollouts, hardware/software deployments, and edge device integrations;\nSolid understanding of automation, scripting (Python, shell), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies;\nFamiliarity with logging, monitoring, and observability platforms (Elastic experience is a plus);\nFluent in English;\nAvailability to travel when required.\nWhat we can offer you:\n A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, pension plan, travel, and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch allowance and other benefits.\n A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.\n Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.\n A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
