It focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, optimising costs and supporting employee satisfaction and experience.\nMain Responsibilities\n1. Facilities and Infrastructure Management\nOversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, technical installations and shared spaces.\nEnsure the reliability, safety and operational performance of site infrastructure.\nLead space planning, refurbishment, renovation and workplace optimisation projects.\nLead energy optimisation and environmental performance initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, accessibility, environmental and building regulations.\nSupport business continuity planning and facilities-related risk management activities.\n2. Team Leadership and Management\nLead multidisciplinary internal teams, through their respective managers.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, service excellence and continuous improvement.\nSet objectives, monitor performance and support the professional development of managers.\nPromote effective communication and alignment across teams and sites.\n3. External Partner and Contract Management\nManage relationships with external service providers, including cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, maintenance and construction partners.\nLead contract negotiations and ensure appropriate commercial and operational outcomes.\nMonitor service-level agreements, key performance indicators and contractual commitments.\nConduct supplier performance reviews and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement plans when required.\nEnsure that suppliers comply with company policies, safety requirements and sustainability standards.\n4.
