It operates as a Bridge that sets direction, customer crews facing the AI Assistants, and use-case and platform squads owning delivery end to end. Requirements arrive unstable and partly undefined; the value of this role is precisely to make them tractable.\nAbout the ro le\nUnderstand, identify and define needs\nInteract with Product Managers - and directly with customers where relevant - to ensure a full understanding of business needs, customer constraints and product intent.\nTransform high-level product vision into detailed, unambiguous functional and technical requirements, working with the full range of stakeholders including security, legal, operations, finance and support.\nPerform sufficient analysis to ensure requirements are complete, consistent and ready to be worked on, with explicit acceptance criteria, edge cases and open questions surfaced early.\nAnalyse and design solutions\nParticipate in the design of solutions across the Speedboat's use cases, ensuring consistency, reuse and usability across capabilities and squads.\nConvert business requirements into functional specifications and high-level designs; run feasibility studies and propose viable options with their trade-offs.\nAnalyse cross-functional requirements and contribute to cross-organisation solutions by interacting with all stakeholders - architects, technical and functional experts, platform teams and delivery squads.\nEnsure proposed solutions meet business objectives and comply with Amadeus standards, including non-functional requirements: performance, reliability, security, data protection and cost.\nStay hands-on\nDevelop prototypes and proofs of concept according to Amadeus standards to de-risk design choices and validate feasibility.\nModel and review data structures, APIs and integration contracts where they are structuring for the solution.\nContribute to the validation phase and support the debugging of existing solutions alongside Product Management, in order to stay close to the reality of the system.\nRecommend transversally and align stakeholders\nAct as the functional and technical expertise entry point for the products and use cases handled within the department.\nIssue transversal recommendations that improve consistency, remove duplication and anticipate dependencies across squads and platform teams.\nCommunicate progress on solutions and agreements at any stage of the mission within the core team.\nDocument and present solution recommendations to stakeholders in solution review forums, with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple ways to a diverse audience.\nSecure delivery and handover\nHand over validated solutions to the delivery squads when entering the development phase, and remain the reference for functional clarifications throughout the build.\nWork closely with delivery teams to ensure the right functionality is built, in a timely manner and in line with the intent.\nProduce and maintain the functional and technical documentation required by the requesting departments.\nWho we look for\n\nCurious and adaptable professional who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity and solving new problems.\nStrong bridge-builder able to connect customer needs, product vision, and technical implementation.\nSystems thinker with a solid understanding of software platforms, integrations, APIs, and modern digital architectures.\nHands-on contributor who is comfortable prototyping, validating ideas, and working closely with engineering teams.\nCollaborative and influential communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around practical, scalable solutions.\nDiversity & Inclusion\nAmadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience.\nAmadeus is an equal opportunity employer and committed to an accessible recruitment process.
