Understanding of the travel/airline industry is a plus.\nRelevant experience batch operations, providing frontline services - alerts and incidents.\nBasic knowledge of Linux, Unix, or Windows systems and networking, or willingness to build expertise.\nFamiliarity with basic DevOps, cloud concepts and batch processing tools such as Control-M, BMC, or SFTP.\nSkills in problem and incident handling - mostly P1 and P2 cases, technical documentation, technical investigations\nExperience using WinApproach or ServiceNow\nInterest or experience in areas like:Linux troubleshooting\nCloud and container platforms (Kubernetes / OpenShift)\nMonitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)\nCI/CD and DevOps principles\nAutomation and scripting\nIncident and problem management\nGitOps and deployment automation\n\nStrong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving operational requirements.\nAmenable to work on a hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Location: BGC Taguig\n24/7 support work shift, including weekends and holidays.
