As a Senior Application Security Engineer, you will support and improve Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices, collaborate with development teams, and help strengthen application security capabilities across the organization.\nIn This Role You'll / Your Main Responsibilities\nSupport Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and assigned groups on application security and privacy topics, providing guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with development, architecture, compliance, and security teams to implement and improve Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices, processes, and tools.\nParticipate in security assessments, penetration testing activities, incident response support, remediation tracking, and security backlog planning.\nMonitor application security coverage, maintain security tooling, collect metrics, and provide reporting that helps improve security capabilities across the organization.\nShare knowledge with team members, contribute to security-focused projects, and help promote consistent security practices across Hospitality Solutions and other partner teams.\nAbout the Ideal Candidate\nExperience in application security, secure software development, vulnerability management, or related cybersecurity disciplines.\nKnowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices, application security testing methodologies, and security risk management principles.\nExperience collaborating with software engineering, architecture, compliance, and security teams in a technology environment.\nAbility to analyze security findings, communicate recommendations clearly, and support remediation activities.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.\nBusiness Environment or Department\nThe Application Security team works closely with software development, architecture, compliance, and operational teams to help strengthen the security and privacy of Amadeus products and services.
