This role will play a key part in enhancing operational performance, introducing innovative processes, and strengthening collaboration across global teams.\nIn this role, you’ll:\n Drive Procurement Business Cases & Financial Analysis\nLead financial modeling and business case development for sourcing, supplier negotiations, and transformation initiatives.\nTranslate sourcing strategies into clear financial insights, identifying cost drivers, benefits, risks, and total cost of ownership.\nPresent recommendations to procurement leadership and monitor the realization of value creation over time.\nTrack costs and financial impacts of strategic contracts and contribute to long-term financial planning (LTP).\nBuild and standardize dashboards and reports on cost evolution, value creation, and procurement performance, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with Finance transformation programs.\nManage the Purchasing Strategic Office\nDefine and implement models and processes to enhance team collaboration and performance.\nLead annual budget planning, project prioritization, and resource allocation for the Purchasing organization.\nManage project execution, overseeing schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and stakeholder coordination.\nPerform PMO activities, tracking and consolidating project reports and updates.\nManage communication initiatives, including PUR’s All-Hands meetings and key internal updates.\nLead Audit and Improvement Opportunities Initiatives\nContinuously review the Sourcing Program to identify and drive improvement opportunities.\nImplement new value-added services in collaboration with stakeholders and promote vendor mix evolution.\nStrengthen Business Unit engagement and support innovation and automation initiatives across sourcing processes.\nConduct market research and benchmark best practices to enhance sourcing efficiency and performance.\nLead and/or Collaborate on Transversal and Ad-hoc Group Purchasing Projects\nLead or support transformation projects, including contract renegotiations with significant business impact.\nCoordinate stakeholders across Business Units and functions to ensure alignment and progress tracking.\nCollaborate with the Chief Procurement Office (CPO) on purchasing Transformation and transversal sourcing initiatives.\nAlign sourcing strategies with Business Unit priorities and ensure delivery of Shared Functions Transformation Office requirements.\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.\nMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, procurement, finance, or project management roles in a multinational company.\nStrong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (such as Power BI or Excel).\nExperience managing projects in complex matrix environments and process improvement.\nClear and confident communicator able to explain financial topics to diverse audiences.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nCollaborative approach, comfortable working in virtual and multicultural teams.\nCommitment to continuous learning, accountability, and delivering measurable results.\nWhat we can offer you\nA truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.\nGreat opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.\nA caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
