You will primarily support coordination activities while also getting exposure to recruitment, sourcing, and transversal TA projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInterview Coordination & Candidate Experience (Main Focus)\n· Organize and schedule interviews across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.\n· Coordinate online, face-to-face, panel, and coding/technical interviews, using tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and coding platforms.\n· Prepare and send interview invites, guidelines, confirmations, and follow-ups, maintaining consistency in tone and templates.\n· Handle reschedules, cancellations, last-minute changes, and exception scenarios with professionalism and speed.\n· Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring candidates are informed and supported throughout the process.\nTalent Acquisition & Projects\n· Assist recruiters and hiring managers by preparing interview logistics, updating candidate stages in Workday, and ensuring data accuracy.\n· Support the Talent Acquisition team during peak hiring periods, events, initiatives, and special projects.\n· Participate in research tasks, TA analytics, and continuous improvement activities.\n· Support basic sourcing activities, such as market research and talent mapping.\n· Assist in screening and identifying profiles for selected roles under guidance.\n· Contribute to transversal projects such workflow optimization, documentation updates, and TA process mapping.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n· You are currently enrolled in a degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).\n· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.\n· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with time-zone complexity.\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).\n· High level of English (spoken and written).\nDiversity & Inclusion\nAmadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience.\nAmadeus is an equal opportunity employer and committed to an accessible recruitment process.
