The primary responsibility of this role is creating high-quality animations for slot and casual mobile games. This role goes beyond animation execution; the ideal candidate should be capable of handling optimization, maintaining production-ready assets, and contributing to the overall visual quality and player experience. The role involves close collaboration with artists, developers, and game designers to create visually engaging, responsive, and performance-optimized animations that match global industry standards.\n\nResponsibilities: \nCreate high-quality 2D animations for slot/casino/mobile games, including: Reels, Symbols, UI animations, VFX, Win celebrations.\nTransitions and interactive gameplay elements.\nApply strong animation principles such as timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, squash and stretch, and secondary motion.\nEnsure animations are visually appealing, readable, responsive, and optimized for mobile devices.\nCollaborate closely with art, design, and development teams to implement polished gameplay experiences.\nOptimize animation assets for performance, memory usage, and smooth gameplay across devices.\nHandle production-ready exports and asset packaging, including PNG sequences, Texture atlases, Spine exports, and Animation file structures and formats.\nMaintain consistency in animation style, quality, and visual storytelling across projects.\nMake minor art adjustments and touch-ups to symbols, icons, and assets when required.\nUnderstand game logic and create animations that support gameplay clarity and player engagement.\nParticipate in creative discussions and contribute ideas on animation direction, visual impact, and user experience.\nFollow feedback effectively and deliver within production timelines.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong understanding of 2D animation fundamentals.\nProficiency in Spine, Adobe After Effects, or similar animation software.\nExperience creating animations for mobile, casual, or slot games.\nGood understanding of reel mechanics, symbol animations, UI motion, and reward/win presentation flows.\nKnowledge of animation optimization techniques for mobile platforms.\nUnderstanding of asset pipelines, atlases, export settings, and production workflows.\nAbility to balance animation quality with technical performance constraints.\nStrong eye for motion, polish, and visual clarity.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of animation quality.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience in slot/casino game production is highly preferred.\nBasic knowledge of Unity integration workflows is a plus.\nUnderstanding of VFX, motion graphics, and interactive animation systems.\nExperience working in
