Participants will engage in structured upskilling combined with hands-on contribution to real-world projects aligned with international delivery expectations.\nParticipants will work closely with experienced engineers, received continuos feedback, and apply best practices in a profesisonal delivery environment. Successful apprentices maybe ocnsidered for a full-time role upon completion of the program, subject to performance and business needs.
