Based in the Dubai Corporate Office and reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this position provides broad exposure to regional financial operations and corporate accounting processes while working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders across the business.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and reconcile sales revenue reports across Europe and Middle East entities.\nTrack and account for branding fees and corporate commissions earned and payable.\nPartner with Commercial and Business Development teams to ensure accurate financial treatment of deals and partnerships.\nPrepare commission calculations and reports, ensuring payments are processed in line with internal policies.\nSupport revenue tracking and financial analysis across the portfolio.\nAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.\nMaintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.\nPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nManage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections.\nManage accounts payable activities, including supplier payments and invoice processing.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\nCPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.\n3-5 years of accounting or finance experience within the UAE.\nStrong understanding of UAE accounting, regulatory, and VAT requirements.\nExperience with revenue tracking, commission accounting, and financial reconciliations is highly desirable.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial reporting.\nExperience using ERP or accounting systems such as SUN, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
