Close to the artistic centre of Ubud, this place of peace invites both reflection and the exploration of Bali’s cultural heart.\nJob Role\nThe Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operation of Amandari Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized wellness services, efficient daily operations, and strong team leadership. This role assists in managing spa therapists, treatment quality, retail performance, guest engagement, and administrative functions while upholding Amandari's luxury service standards and Aman brand values.\nKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa and Wellness Centre.\nEnsure all treatments and wellness experiences are delivered in accordance with Amandari and Aman standards.\nLead, motivate, and develop spa therapists and attendants through training and coaching.\nMonitor treatment quality, guest satisfaction, and service consistency.\nHandle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.\nAssist in preparing staff schedules and managing attendance records.\nMonitor inventory levels, retail products, linen, and spa supplies.\nPromote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to achieve revenue targets.\nSupport monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.\nEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.\nCollaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams to enhance the guest experience.\nParticipate in the development and implementation of wellness initiatives and special promotions.\nQualifications\nDiploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Spa Management, Wellness Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within a luxury spa, wellness resort, or five-star hotel.\nPrevious experience in a luxury hospitality environment is highly preferred.\nStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nPassion for wellness, guest care, and personalized service.\nExcellent organizational and administrative abilities.\nKnowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail operations.\nExperience in scheduling, inventory management, and revenue tracking.\nAbility to lead and inspire a multicultural team.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and spa management systems.\nFamiliarity with luxury guest expectations and personalized service
