operational support for the Resort Sommelier, ensuring flawless coordination between bar and wine service, as well as the overall beverage miseenplace and guest experience.Acting as a hands-on leader, theBarSupervisor ensures readiness, product quality, and service precision, while guiding and supporting theAmansantis(staff members) in organization, execution, and training.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise the daily beverage operations across all bars and service points, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and product quality.\nEnsure all beverage stations are fully equipped, properly stocked, and organized according to Amanvari standards.\nSupport the Head Bartender in maintaining consistency in cocktail preparation, recipes, and presentation.\nAssist the Resort Sommelier with the setup and service of wine experiences, cellar organization, and glassware management.\nConduct regular checks of storage areas, ensuring products are handled and rotated following HACCP procedures.\nLead daily briefings with bar teams, communicating updates, product knowledge, and service priorities.\nGuarantee bar setup, opening, and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.\nMonitor service quality and assist the Head Bartender in implementing guest feedback from TrustYou and LQA.\nCoordinate with Purchasing and Stewarding for supply and glassware replenishment.\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of all bar and back-bar areas.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, preferably in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality.\nStrong technical knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.\nBasic understanding of wine service and cellar maintenance.\nUnderstanding of HACCP and beverage safety standards.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nFluent in English and
