In this role, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality food while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.\nYou will work closely with the Chef and Culinary team to ensure consistent food quality and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with daily food preparation and production as directed by the Chef or Sous Chef.\nSupport the assigned kitchen section and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and consistently.\nPrepare and maintain mise en place according to established standards.\nFollow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards.\nEnsure all ingredients are fresh, properly prepared, and stored.\nAssist with the preparation and service of food for guests and colleagues.\nAccommodate guest dietary requirements and special requests with care and attention to detail.\nLabel, date, cover, and store all food products properly.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen areas.\nFollow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.\nCommunicate effectively with the Chef, Sous Chef, and other Culinary team members regarding preparation, stock, and operational needs.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues across different shifts to ensure consistency and smooth kitchen operations.\nMaintain a professional appearance and demonstrate the high standards of Aman hospitality.\nRequirements\nCulinary education or equivalent professional kitchen experience.\nPrevious experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or professional kitchen is an advantage.\nBasic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.\nFood Safety and Hygiene Certification is preferred/required according to local regulations.\nWillingness to learn and develop culinary skills.\nAble to work weekends, public holidays, nights, and varied shifts.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.\nStrong teamwork and communication skills.\nGood understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.\nPositive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to support the Culinary team.\nRespectful and sensitive to cultural diversity and hospitality standards.\nMultilingual abilities are an
