As a key member of the HR team, you will help ensure our people practices consistently reflect the high standards, service culture, and values of the Aman brand.\nWorking closely with an internationally based HR team, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop their career within a luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand.\nResponsibilities\nFirst point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing guidance and escalating complex matters where required.\nDeliver a professional, approachable, and customer-focused HR service, building strong relationships across the Corporate Offices.\nMaintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and Workday data, ensuring timely processing of all employee lifecycle changes.\nConduct regular audits of HR systems and personnel records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.\nPrepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, employee letters, visa documentation, and offboarding paperwork.\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless colleague experience.\nAdminister colleague benefits and statutory processes, including payroll inputs, right-to-work checks, visas, parental leave, and other local requirements.\nSupport HR compliance activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.\nPartner with Office Managers to support colleague welfare, engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and social events.\nProvide operational HR support, including process improvements, budget administration, invoice processing, expense tracking, and wider team support.\nQualifications\n2-4 years’ HR generalist experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or service-driven environments.\nExperience managing employee queries and providing first-line employee relations support.\nStrong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.\nCIPD qualified or working towards accreditation is preferred.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nConfident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.\nDemonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.\nProactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExperience using HRIS platforms; Workday experience and exposure to international or multi-jurisdiction HR environments are advantageous.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
