From its remote location - a rich and diverse mosaic of ecosystems - the resort’s clifftop restaurants and pool, lakeside Aman Spa and private golden sand beach, offer limitless opportunities for outdoor exploration, cultural immersion and serene time out.\nRole\nSupervise daily Food & Beverage operations and lead the service team to deliver personalized, professional, and memorable guest experiences in accordance with Amanoi service and luxury hospitality standards.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.\n\nConduct team briefings, assign duties, and ensure proper mise-en-place and outlet readiness.\n\nTrain, coach, and supervise team members on service standards, policies, and procedures.\n\nEnsure consistent implementation of the sequence of service and established F&B standards.\n\nMaintain strong knowledge of food, beverages, menus, and resort facilities.\n\nSupport the service team during busy periods, keeping guest experience as the priority.\n\nBuild positive guest relationships, anticipate needs, and personalize service whenever possible.\n\nHandle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.\n\nPromote and upsell F&B and resort products and services.\n\nMonitor equipment, supplies, breakage, wastage, and maintenance requirements.\n\nEnsure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.\n\nWork closely with the Outlet Manager and F&B management to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.\n\nStrong knowledge of food, beverages, and professional service standards.\n\nGood leadership, communication, and team-management skills.\n\nStrong guest-service mindset with the ability to handle complaints and special requests confidently.\n\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nProactive, professional, well-groomed, and able to lead by example.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n\nGood English communication skills.\n\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays\n\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
