Location Overview

Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. A serene sanctuary, Amangiri’s 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Camp Sarika, with its 10 tented pavilions, answers the region’s call to adventure. An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.

Role

We are seeking a Guest Attendant to join our Front Office team at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering a seamless arrival experience, supporting front desk operations, and creating memorable first impressions for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, assist with arrivals, and escort them to their suites while providing property tours.
  • Prepare registration documents in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in experience.
  • Maintain clear communication within the Front Office and across departments.
  • Record and update guest information accurately within systems and daily logbooks.
  • Answer in-house phone calls promptly and professionally within three rings.
  • Coordinate with Bell Attendants to ensure timely delivery of luggage and guest items.
  • Stay informed on local activities and experiences to support guest enquiries.
  • Attend daily briefings and contribute to operational updates.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and uphold Aman standards at all times.
  • Support additional duties as assigned to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying climates.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
  • Valid eligibility to work in the United States.
