This role ensures a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests by delivering exceptional housekeeping services, responding to guest needs professionally, and upholding the hotel's quality and service standards.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver exceptional guest room cleaning services, ensuring all rooms meet Aman standards and provide a comfortable, relaxing experience for guests.\nClean and maintain assigned guest rooms and surrounding public areas to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.\nGreet guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and provide courteous and professional service at all times.\nBuild positive guest relationships and effectively handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints related to rooms and hotel services.\nFollow the Lost and Found procedure and report any items left behind in accordance with company policy.\nIdentify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and health and safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.\nMaintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.\nSupport housekeeping operations during peak periods and ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.\nWork effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, demonstrating flexibility, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure.\nContribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere by ensuring housekeeping services are delivered efficiently, courteously, and in line with departmental standards and procedures.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.\nBasic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and housekeeping standards.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
