This hands-on role is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to corporate colleagues, encompassing desktop and device management, end-user support, and the collaboration technologies that connect our offices and properties worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a seamless and secure user experience, managing local IT operations, and supporting the administration of Aman’s global Microsoft 365 environment, including identity management, device management, and access controls. Working closely with regional and global IT teams, the role will also support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint compliance, and technology projects across the business.\nThis position is ideally suited to a technically skilled IT professional with strong desktop support and Microsoft 365 administration experience, who is comfortable operating as the primary IT presence within the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, work confidently with senior stakeholders and executive leadership and uphold the exceptional service standards synonymous with the Aman brand.\nResponsibilities\nProvide first-line IT support for users across the Dubai corporate office, delivering a professional and responsive service experience.\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business applications.\nManage and resolve IT incidents and service requests, escalating issues to regional teams or vendors when required.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, user accounts, licensing, and permissions.\nSupport cybersecurity initiatives by managing multi-factor authentication, conditional access, endpoint security, and security incident response.\nAdminister Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint management across multiple platforms.\nEnsure meeting rooms and collaboration technologies are fully operational, providing support for executive meetings, presentations, and hybrid events.\nManage IT asset inventories, software licensing, hardware procurement, stock control, warranty claims, and lifecycle management of devices.\nCoordinate user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, device deployment, and IT inductions.\nSupport network infrastructure, technology projects, office moves, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining business continuity and IT documentation.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in an IT support, desktop administration, or IT generalist role within a corporate office environment; experience in hospitality, luxury, professional services, or another multi-site international business preferred.\nDemonstrable experience as the primary or sole IT support presence in an office, or in a small team with end-to-end ownership.\nProven hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 in a production environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive.\nPractical experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.\nExperience configuring and troubleshooting conditional access, multi-factor authentication, and related identity controls.\nTrack record of managing patching and vulnerability remediation across a Windows endpoint estate.\nExperience supporting audio-visual and video conferencing technology in an office setting.\nExperience supporting senior executives and providing high-touch service to demanding internal stakeholders.\nStrong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting; competence with macOS and iOS/Android device support.\nSolid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including single sign-on, role-based access control, and least privilege.\nPractical grasp of core cybersecurity concepts and tooling: endpoint protection / EDR, phishing and email security, encryption, DLP, and incident response basics.\nBasic understanding of networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Wi-Fi - sufficient to diagnose and escalate connectivity issues.\nFamiliarity with IT service management practices and ticketing tools, and with change and asset management disciplines.\nScripting or automation capability with PowerShell for administration and reporting tasks (desirable).\nAbility to produce clear technical documentation and user-facing guidance.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
