In this full-time role, you will prepare and present high-level food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You'll work closely with our talented chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to guests and staff.\nThis J1 Culinary internship is scheduled to begin in February 2027 until the first week of January 2028.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and operate your assigned kitchen station with precision and consistency\nExecute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Sous Chef\nEnsure all mise en place is complete and up to quality standards\nUse proper recipes and presentation techniques to uphold culinary excellence\nCommunicate effectively with the culinary leadership team about needs or issues\nAccommodate guest dietary or special requests with attention to detail\nLabel, date, and store all food products properly at the end of shift\nKeep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards\nCollaborate with team members across all shifts to ensure continuity and quality\nMaintain a professional demeanor and reflect the high standards of Aman\nRequirements\nCulinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience\nFlexibility to work weekends, nights, holidays, and varied shifts\nFood Safety Certification required\nHighly
