This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a contemporary luxury hospitality environment, where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and every team member contributes to shaping memorable experiences and a strong sense of belonging.\nResponsibilities\nPrioritise tasks and prepare the annual training plan, coordinating the implementation of mandatory training and departmental training programmes.\nOrganise training requests and changes, prepare training materials and service standards, and develop learning programmes tailored to different roles.\nCommunicate necessary information to relevant stakeholders, compile training attendance and evaluation results, and improve training content and delivery methods.\nPrepare training equipment and materials, share development needs with departmental leaders, and support the development of individual growth plans.\nRecord training activities and ensure smooth handovers, manage training records and certification status, and promote colleague development and service quality. *Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done.\nRequirements\nMinimum 1 year of practical experience in human resource development or training programme planning.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAdvanced business-level Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher, equivalent to JLPT N1).\nBusiness conversational level English proficiency (CEFR B1 or higher, equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above or IELTS 4.0 or above). *Candidates with exceptional experience or skills may be considered even if they do not meet every point.\nBenefits\nAt Janu, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
