This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless experience for colleagues, trainers and guests by supporting training programmes, events and Academy activities.\nA hands-on and versatile position, the Academy Operations Assistant provides support across a range of operational functions, including facilities management, stewarding, receiving, logistics and transportation. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence, helping create an environment that reflects the high standards and culture of Aman.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across all Academy facilities.\nSupport the setup and breakdown of training programmes, workshops, meetings and Academy events.\nPrepare training rooms, dining areas and event spaces to Academy standards.\nOversee the care, storage and maintenance of equipment, materials and operational supplies.\nMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of cleaning supplies and consumables.\nSupport food and beverage service during Academy programmes and events.\nCoordinate deliveries, collections and the movement of equipment, materials and supplies.\nManage Academy vehicles, including transportation duties, maintenance checks and record keeping.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and transportation regulations at all times.\nProvide flexible operational support across the Academy, contributing to a collaborative and service-focused environment.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in stewarding, facilities operations, hospitality support services or a similar role.\nPrevious experience within a luxury hotel, resort, hospitality or educational environment is preferred.\nValid Thai driving licence with a strong driving record; professional driving experience is an advantage.\nKnowledge of health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.\nBasic understanding of inventory management, logistics and operational support activities.\nAbility to communicate effectively in Thai, with basic English proficiency.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.\nFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage stewarding, logistics, transportation and operational support responsibilities.\nProfessional, service-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional support to colleagues, trainers and guests.\nPositive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Academy, we are committed to creating an environment where colleagues can learn, grow, and contribute to the development of future hospitality leaders.
