Reporting to the Front Office Management team, you will support our guests by ensuring that every detail of their stay is arranged prior to arrival. Your contribution will be essential in delivering a seamless and personalised experience that reflects Amanzoe’s philosophy of warm, thoughtful hospitality.\nResponsibilities\nManage all pre-arrival communication and arrangements for guests.\nCoordinate reservations, transportation, activities, and special requests.\nEnsure all guest profiles and preferences are updated accurately in Opera PMS.\nAnticipate guest needs and prepare tailored itineraries before arrival.\nCommunicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service.\nProvide accurate information about resort facilities, local attractions, and experiences.\nSupport the Front Office team with guest check-in and welcome when required.\nHandle guest enquiries with professionalism and discretion.\nSupport the Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.\nAddress guest feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.\nRequirements\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office, Concierge, or Reservations role within a luxury hospitality environment.\nCertificate or degree in Hospitality, Hotel School, or Tourism Management.\nProficiency in Opera PMS or Fidelio is mandatory.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExcellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.\nA third language at an advanced level is considered an advantage.\nStrong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.\nProfessional, guest-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nLegal right to live and work in Greece is
