The role works closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, proper inventory control, and efficient procurement processes.\n\nResponsibilities\nSource and procure goods and services in accordance with company purchasing policies and procedures.\nObtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and recommend the best products based on quality, price, and operational needs.\nEnsure timely delivery of all orders to support uninterrupted hotel operations.\nMaintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and audit-ready files.\nCoordinate with department heads, suppliers, and receiving teams to ensure smooth procurement and inventory processes.\nMonitor inventory levels, manage the main beverage store, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or professional qualification in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in the hospitality industry.\nStrong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.\nGood knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and cost control principles.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and purchasing/inventory management systems.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n Benefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
