An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.\nRole\nWe are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team at Amangiri, located in Canyon Point, Utah. This role reports to the Reservations Manager and plays a key part in delivering seamless service to our guests throughout the entire reservation process.\nResponsibilities\nHandle inbound and outbound reservation enquiries, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and billing.\nEnsure all forthcoming guest information is gathered and communicated during the initial conversation.\nMaintain a high standard of call compliance and guest interaction.\nProvide timely follow-up to guest concerns and share relevant information with other departments.\nAnswer all phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.\nMaintain a call score average of 90% or higher.\nRecord guest preferences and update guest history databases.\nStay informed of resort offerings and identify opportunities for upselling.\nMaintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to grooming standards.\nComply with all internal policies and procedures.\nRequirements\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms.\nExperience with Opera or similar reservations systems is preferred.\nA minimum of two years of experience in reservations or administrative roles is preferred.\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills in English.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to manage pressure and remain composed in challenging situations.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors in varying climates.\nCapable of lifting and carrying loads of up to 45 lbs.\nSensitivity to cultural differences.\nFluency in additional languages is an advantage.\nMust have the legal right to work in the United States.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
