Role

The Resort Host - Night Shift provides discreet, highly personalized and anticipatory service throughout the night, ensuring that every guest experiences the resort as a true sanctuary of peace, privacy and effortless comfort.

A quiet presence behind the experience, the Resort Host is attentive when needed and discreet when not. Through genuine care, thoughtful anticipation and exceptional attention to detail, this role ensures that every guest’s night is seamless, restful and deeply personal. At the same time, the Resort Host supports the smooth, secure and accurate operation of the resort throughout the overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and anticipatory service throughout the night, recognizing and responding to guest needs before they are expressed.
• Protect guest privacy, comfort and wellbeing at all times, maintaining the highest levels of discretion, warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct regular nighttime rounds of assigned villas, residences and resort areas, ensuring that all spaces are in perfect order, presentation and working condition.
• Respond to and coordinate nighttime guest requests, including amenities, in-room dining, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance and special arrangements, ensuring seamless follow-through.
• Prepare and maintain the guest environment for rest, ensuring villas and rooms are thoughtfully arranged and prepared according to individual guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of guest preferences, requests and relevant operational information, ensuring appropriate communication with the corresponding departments and a seamless continuation of personalized service.
• Support the overnight operational and financial closing process, including the Night Audit, ensuring that guest charges, transactions and required documentation are complete, accurate and properly processed according to established procedures.
• Perform basic verification and reconciliation of overnight transactions and guest charges, identifying and promptly reporting discrepancies, irregularities or missing information to the appropriate department.
• Handle unexpected situations with composure and sound judgment, while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and prioritizing guest wellbeing, privacy, safety and satisfaction.
• Complete a comprehensive shift handover, including relevant guest preferences, requests, financial or operational discrepancies, pending matters and incidents, ensuring seamless continuity of service for the incoming team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experiencein ultra luxury hospitality, butler service, guest relations, front office or a similar role.
• Understanding of luxury service standards and high-end guest expectations.
• Basic understanding of hotel operations, guest charges and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Night Audit procedures is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently during nighttime operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to remain calm, discreet and solution-oriented in unexpected situations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
