Lead the team, manage costs, and drive sales. Strong leadership and operational expertise required.\nResponsibilities\nAssume full responsibility for the overall operation of the designated Food and Beverage outlet.\nCoordinate and supervise all aspects of Food and Beverage operations within the outlet.\nDirectly oversee the proper supervision and function of all Food and Beverage team, facilities, operations, sales, costs, and departmental profit.\nAnalyze Food and Beverage operations to identify areas for improvement in operating costs, sales growth, efficiency, merchandising, work processes, and sanitation, implementing necessary corrections and recommendations.\nProvide functional guidance and direction to Food and Beverage supervisors on all operational matters.\nCollaborate with the Purchasing agent to ensure all food and beverage purchases meet specifications and quality standards.\nMaintain a current standard recipe file with complete cost breakdowns and preparation instructions for all menu and specialty items.\nConduct daily inspections of the Food and Beverage Department, including restaurants, kitchens, storerooms, and all areas of responsibility.\nSchedule and coordinate training and cross-training for the team in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.\nQualifications\nHas over 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage operations.\nProven experience in a management or supervisory role.\nStrong understanding of food and beverage operations, sales, and cost control.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.\nKnowledge of merchandising principles and work simplification techniques.\nFamiliarity with sanitation and hygiene standards.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\nBenefits\nAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
