Close to the artistic centre of Ubud, this place of peace invites both reflection and the exploration of Bali’s cultural heart.\nRole\nThe Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa at Amandari while ensuring exceptional guest experiences through consistent service excellence and the continuous training and development of Spa Associates. This role supports the Spa Manager in maintaining Aman brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering a culture of learning, professionalism, and wellness.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.\n\nLead, motivate, and guide Spa Therapists to deliver personalized luxury wellness experiences in accordance with Amandari standards.\n\nConduct regular training sessions on treatment techniques, product knowledge, grooming, hygiene, and service etiquette.\n\nDevelop and implement training plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and competency assessments for Spa Associates.\n\nMonitor therapist performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development plans.\n\nEnsure all treatments are delivered in accordance with Aman brand standards, hygiene protocols, and safety procedures.\n\nHandle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally and promptly.\n\nCoordinate therapist schedules to maximize productivity while maintaining exceptional guest service.\n\nSupport the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new Spa Associates.\n\nMaintain accurate training records, performance reports, and compliance with Learning & Development requirements.\n\nCollaborate with the Spa Manager and other resort departments to create seamless wellness experiences for guests.\n\nEnsure spa facilities, treatment rooms, equipment, and retail displays are well maintained and fully stocked.\n\nPromote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to support departmental revenue objectives.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Hospitality Management, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in a luxury spa environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or training role.\n\nStrong knowledge of spa therapies, massage techniques, wellness concepts, and luxury guest service.\n\nDemonstrated experience in training delivery, coaching, and team development.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.\n\nHigh attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.\n\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.\n\nGood command of spoken and written English;
